Description

In August 2024, Phillips 66 received $11m from the Federal Aviation Administration’s Fueling Aviation’s Sustainable Transition (FAST) discretionary grant program for enabling SAF blending and storage at its Portland terminal.

The terminal will provide storage for inbound neat SAF and transfer up to 180,000 barrels of blended SAF to Portland International Airpot per month.
