Description

Coffeyville Resources & Marketing, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of CVR Energy, Inc is evaluating the production of renewable diesel fuel and lower-carbon hydrogen at one of its facilities through Honeywell’s technologies.

The Coffeyville site is evaluating utilizing Honeywell UOP EcofiningTM technology to convert seed oils, tallow and white/yellow greases into renewable diesel fuel. Another feasibility study is evaluating the application of carbon capture and hydrogen purification as an emission reduction solution.
