Avina’s power-to-liquid sustainable aviation fuel facility will produce liquid fuels from water and carbon dioxide, utilizing electricity generated from renewable sources.
The facility will produce derivative alcohols as intermediate products followed by their conversion into aviation fuel.
This production facility will supply e-SAF to its aviation customers.
Annual e-SAF production: more than 40,000,000 gallons.
Annual e-methanol production: more than 300,000 tons.
Annual green hydrogen production: 70,000 tons.
Electrolyzer capacity: 500 MW.
In June 2024, Avina took down the project’s page from its website.
