Description
Avnos’ first hybrid direct air capture pilot project in Bakersfield, California.
The project was developed in partnership with SoCalGas and with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy.
Avnos’ technology produces 5 tons of liquid distilled water per ton of CO2 captured.
The Bakersfield pilot will capture approximately 30 tons of atmospheric carbon dioxide and produce 150 tons of water per year.
