Description

Texas LNG is a proposed 4 MTPA facility owned by a subsidiary of Glenfarne Energy Transition LLC. It is located in Brownsville, Texas.

In August 2024, the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit vacated the FERC’s certificate for the project, requiring the developer to seek a new permit.
