Description
LNG 21, through its subsidiary, West Delta LNG, LLC, is developing the West Delta LNG Export Deepwater Port in federal waters offshore Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana.
In 2019, the Maritime Administration and the U.S. Coast Guard suspended the regulatory timeline for the project to allow West Delta LNG to add relevant information to its Environmental Impact Statement. After further extensions, West Delta LNG has until the end of 2024 to provide the necessary documentation to obtain permits.
