Description
The repurposing of an existing biodiesel processing facility in Las Vegas with additional infrastructures and hydro-processing equipment to produce over 7,500 barrels per day of drop-in renewable diesel.
Ryze Renewables II LLC and its 100 percent owned Ryze Renewables Las Vegas LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy March 9 2023.
In a June 13 auction and a June 22 sale hearing, the Court hearing the Ryze Renewables II cases issued an order approving the sale of substantially all of the Ryze’s assets, including the Las Vegas biofuels refinery, to Edgewood Renewables, LLC. In July, Edgewood partnered with US Energy as the terminal operator.
