Description
A potential carbon sequestration hub in the Fort Saskatchewan area, east of Edmonton, in Alberta.
The hub would use existing infrastructure by connecting to Alberta Carbon Trunk Line system. The sequestration hub would serve large facilities in Alberta’s Industrial Heartland that are seeking CO₂ sequestration solutions. Initial hub volumes are expected to be between two to three million tonnes per annum (MTPA) with expansion capability.
