Colonial | Baton Rouge Facility FAST-SAF Blending and Transport Infrastructure Project

Increase SAF storage and blending capabilities of Colonial’s Baton Rouge facility. In August 2024, the project received $16.4 million as part of the Federal Aviation Administration’s Fueling Aviation’s Sustainable Transition (FAST) discretionary grant program.

Phillips 66 | Torrance Terminal Blended SAF Storage

The project allows for blended SAF storage at Phillips 66 Torrance Terminal, in California. Blended SAF from the terminal can be transported to five airports in California, Arizona, and Nevada via pipeline. In August 2024, the project received $6.2million as part of the Federal Aviation Administration’s Fueling Aviation’s Sustainable Transition (FAST) discretionary grant program.

World Energy | FAST-SAF Transportation System Infrastructure Project

The project includes the installation and integration of multiple components of a SAF pipeline transportation system originating at Alt Air World Energy LLC, in Paramount, California. Phillips 66 | Sacramento Terminal Blended SAF Storage

The conversion of an existing production facility in Luverne, Minnesota, into a fully integrated alcohol-to-jet production facility. In August 2024, the project received $16.8 million as part of the Federal Aviation Administration’s Fueling Aviation’s Sustainable Transition (FAST) discretionary grant program.

Martinez Renewables | Martinez Refinery SAF Update

The project includes facility updates at the existing Martinez Refinery to enable SAF production as synthetic paraffinic kerosene. The facility is projected to produce 100-350 million gallons of SAF starting in 2027. Phillips 66 | Portland Terminal SAF Blending and Storage

In August 2024, Phillips 66 received $11m from the Federal Aviation Administration’s Fueling Aviation’s Sustainable Transition (FAST) discretionary grant program for enabling SAF blending and storage at its Portland terminal. The terminal will provide storage for inbound neat SAF and transfer up to 180,000 barrels of blended SAF to Portland International Airpot per month.

ADM | Decatur Class VI CO2 Storage Well

The ADM plant in Decatur is home to a Class VI CO2 storage well, which has stored well over a million tons of CO2 over the last decade.
